Operator

Future Tech Spot is an independent online publication operated under a trade name. References in these Terms to “Future Tech Spot,” “the Site,” “the Service,” “operator,” “owner,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the operator of the website using the Future Tech Spot trade name.

Eligibility

The user represents that the user is at least 18 years old, or has reached the age of legal majority in the user’s jurisdiction, and has the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Changes to the Service and Terms

Future Tech Spot may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

User submissions

If the Service allows comments, messages, submissions, emails, guest contributions, or other user-provided material (“User Content”), the user remains responsible for that User Content.

By submitting User Content, the user grants Future Tech Spot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, publish, adapt, and use that User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Service.

The user represents that the user has the rights necessary to submit the User Content and that the User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Future Tech Spot may remove, edit, restrict, or refuse User Content at any time in its discretion.

Some content on the Service may be created or assisted by automated tools, including artificial intelligence tools. Such content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or interpretation errors.

Users should independently verify important facts, especially where content relates to fast-moving topics such as technology, privacy, regulation, markets, or security.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Tech Spot and its owner, editors, contributors, contractors, and collaborators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to use of, or inability to use, the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Future Tech Spot in relation to any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount paid by the user, if any, to Future Tech Spot for the relevant Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) GBP 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Future Tech Spot and its owner, editors, contributors, contractors, and collaborators from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of the user’s misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Termination

Future Tech Spot may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, if the user breaches these Terms or if such action is considered necessary to protect the Service, its users, or third parties.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.

Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment

Future Tech Spot may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a sale, transfer, restructuring, or other disposition of the Service or related assets. The user may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent.

Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Future Tech Spot in relation to the Service and supersede any prior understandings relating to that subject matter.
